Due to its excellent performance, fireproof board is more and more widely used in construction engineering. Three problems should be paid attention to in building construction

1. 關(guān)于防火板材施工的嵌縫材料。用于該產(chǎn)品的嵌縫材料應(yīng)具有的柔性和膨脹性能，以防止板材拉縫。這種嵌縫材料不準(zhǔn)配制，成本也不高，就由板材生產(chǎn)廠供貨或提供配方。

1. Caulking materials for construction of fireproof board. The caulking material used for the product should have good flexibility and expansion performance to prevent the plate from stretching. This kind of caulking material is not allowed to be prepared, and the cost is not high, so it is supplied or formulated by the plate manufacturer.

2、返鹵的不能使用，潮濕地區(qū)，濕度大，不合格的板容易返鹵，會(huì)出現(xiàn)水珠低落下來，不但影響建筑的正常功能，而且對(duì)金屬有腐蝕性，增加了潛在的危險(xiǎn)。

2. The return brine can not be used. In humid areas, the humidity is high, and the unqualified plate is easy to return brine, which will cause water drops to fall down. It not only affects the normal function of the building, but also corrodes the metal, increasing the potential danger.

3、固定板材的釘子要進(jìn)行除銹處理，或用不銹鋼釘。海外有的直接規(guī)定，防火板材施工所用的釘子是不銹鋼釘。因?yàn)樵诜阑鸢逯写嬖诼塞}，氯鹽對(duì)鐵的腐蝕世人皆知，國(guó)內(nèi)不少用防火裝飾板的工程經(jīng)一年多就在埋入的釘頭上表面出現(xiàn)銹斑，再經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間銹斑就會(huì)鼓成包塊。但質(zhì)環(huán)境越潮濕，這個(gè)問題暴露的越早，要避免這個(gè)弊病的發(fā)生，釘子不被腐蝕。

3. Nails for fixing plates shall be derusted or stainless steel nails shall be used. Some overseas direct provisions, the nail used in the construction of fireproof plate is stainless steel nail. Because of the existence of chlorine salt in the fire-proof board, the corrosion of chlorine salt to iron is well known. After more than a year, rust spots appear on the surface of the embedded nail head in many domestic fire-proof decorative board projects, and the rust spots will swell into lumps after a period of time. However, the wetter the environment is, the earlier the problem is exposed. To avoid this problem, the nails will not be corroded.

The board does not contain asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene and harmful radioactive elements. It is smoke-free and non-toxic in case of fire. The production material is natural mineral powder and plant fiber. The production process is natural maintenance, less energy consumption, no dirt discharge, energy saving and environmental protection. The board surface does not contain powder drop when it is used. Its natural pore structure can adjust the indoor temperature and make the room and office more comfortable.

防火優(yōu)良：

Excellent fire protection:

板有良好防火性能，是不燃板材，火焰持續(xù)燃燒時(shí)間為零，800℃不燃燒，1200℃無火苗，達(dá)到防火不燃級(jí)別A1級(jí)，與龍骨制作的隔斷系統(tǒng)，耐火達(dá)到3小時(shí)以上，遇火燃燒的過程中能夠吸收大量的熱能，延遲周圍環(huán)境溫度的升高。

The board has good fireproof performance, is non combustible board, the flame duration is zero, 800 ℃ does not burn, 1200 ℃ does not have flame, reaches the fireproof non combustible level A1, and the partition system made of keel has a fire resistance of more than 3 hours, can absorb a lot of heat energy in the process of fire combustion, delay the rise of ambient temperature.

隔音安寧：

板的隔音性能，居室環(huán)境寧靜高雅。質(zhì)輕板薄并不影響板的隔音性能，6mm厚板隔音量為29dB,雙面單層9mm板+75龍骨+50巖棉的隔斷系統(tǒng)空氣聲隔聲音大于42dB，其均勻細(xì)孔結(jié)構(gòu)是其他結(jié)構(gòu)密實(shí)的板的。

The sound insulation performance of the board makes the living environment quiet and elegant. The sound insulation capacity of 6 mm thick board is 29 dB. The sound insulation capacity of double-sided single-layer 9 mm board + 75 keel + 50 rock wool partition system is more than 42 dB, and its uniform pore structure is similar to that of other dense boards.
